Dream Without Fear | Global Design Project

Hi There. I just wanted to share a small post with you tonight. I made a card for this week's Global Design Project colour challenge. Here is the inspiration;

And, here is the card I ended up with;

I started with the Mint Macaron DSP from the stack. Then, I stamped with Rich Razzleberry using the diagonal stamp, thus creating the cross-hatch pattern.

I then stamped the bird using all three colours. I'll be honest that I started it out as a test, but I liked it so it ended up on the card. I then used the Layering Circles and cut out the bird and a scalloped frame for it in Rich Razzleberry and mounted using dimensionals.

I then stamped on white using Basic Black on Whisper White. I then cut it out using the Project Life Framelit kit. I then mounted it on Burlap.

I'm a real fan of how the background turned out. I'm definitely going to try this with some other colours.
